The equipment is a 2020 Kubota L3901 with a 66" bucket and box blade.  The unit is also equipped with a Land Pride 1860 rotary cutter--or brush hog--for weed and brush mowing.  

We currently offer services in grading and mowing (see portfolio for "before & after" pictures of previous work).   We are not currently equipped to move dirt off site, so all grading work must keep the material on the site.

We can bid each job for a flat rate or by the hour.  Rates are $100/hr for grading work and $120/hr for the brush hog.  There is an additional fee for delivery and pickup, depending on distance.   Base delivery fee is $50 within 5 mi and $100 within 12 mi.  (center of that radius is I-15 & 78).  Beyond 12 mi will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
